Like I said, estrogen is the cause for prostate problems.
That’s why broccoli sprouts for example help a lot with prostate problems because? it contains indole 3 carbinol and diindolylmethane which are massively reducing estrogen in males.
The testosterone : estrogen ratio is getting worse with age.
That’s why older men suffer from prostate problems and not youger ones.
Young mals have high testosterone and low estrogen.
Old males have low testosterone and high estrogen levels.

@PornobrillenAli agreed. For decades, the medical establishment erroneously conjectured that high levels of testosterone increases the risk of prostate cancer and other prostate problems. What pisses me off about that is that “testosterone being the cause of prostate problems” is a THEORY, not a truth– it’s just like the “chemical imbalance THEORY” which is attributed to depression and mood problems. That’s not science. That’s people making unproven assumptions so big? pharma can make money!!!

But like many men and social memes, they don’t like to look at the effect male circumcision has on the reproductive organs. @PornobrillenAli It is a bit more complicated than that, both to high amounts of testosterone in males has a negative effect. Increase the amount of phyto estrogen and you will aleviate a lot of health problems for? both male and female. Tomatoes is a cheap alternative to produce a very beneficial situation for the prostate. Other than that, reduce or eliminate all kinds of animal protein and fat in your diet and you strongly reduce or eliminate prostate problems. Suplements is not to good though

Whether the docotrs there canhelp or not, it still boils down to you having to eat realy healthy, get extra rest, and try to keep? a handle on the self-criticism on a very consistent basis for possibly months in order to get better. Avoiding stress, stressful activities, and stressful habits (alcohol and other getting wasted) fairly consistently is also very important. Boring, but true.
